I am a tough customer and I usually don't leave reviews. Out of the 6 purchases I made on Envato, I have asked to be refunded twice. Each time because of, what I judged to be, a poor support and low customizability. Pirenko is simply incredible. It is one of the best customer service I have ever experienced, and that includes luxury hotels and Michelin star restaurants. It is up there. I am just blown away by the speed and the usefulness of Pirenko answers to my numerous questions. It clearly shows that he cares for his users and his reputation. \r\nThis support and the youtube videos Pirenko offers make this theme highly customizable. If you are looking for a sidebar menu theme, look no further.
